Design-Build

CSI Construction Company specializes in the design-build approach, and we offer every necessary function including design, estimating, budgets, drawings approval, bidding, negotiation, scheduling, project inspection, cost control, code conformance and safety practices.

Preconstruction

  • Initial Meetings - We want to become fully knowledgeable about the proposed project scope.

  • Design Coordination Meetings - We will attend and participate in design coordination meetings to offer accurate and reliable information to the design team on constructability and cost allowing the client to make informed decisions.

  • Project Budget Control - We will develop a budget based on historical data and information provided by the client and design team. We will update budgets as information is gained during the preconstruction process.

  • Value Engineering & Constructability Reviews - Timely and accurate constructability reviews and value engineering are an integral part of our preconstruction services. Our goal is to provide the client with the best value for their construction dollar, while at the same time maintaining the project budget.

  • Quality Control - We will make recommendations to the client and architect regarding the division of work in the Drawings and Specifications to facilitate the future bidding and awarding of subcontractors and supplier contracts. Reviewing Drawings and Specifications are essential to reduce costly change orders and time delays during the future construction work.

Sustainable Construction

We are proud to be a member of the U.S. Green Building Council. Our team of LEED accredited professionals offers expertise in sustainable construction practices including LEED certification to meet or exceed project sustainability requirements. We are committed to practicing green construction even if our clients do not have sustainability goals.
