InterQuest Ridge Apartments Starts Construction

CSI Construction Company starts construction on InterQuest Ridge Apartments in Colorado Springs, CO. InterQuest Ridge is a 240-unit, garden style apartment complex. The project includes 10 apartment buildings, clubhouse, pool and fitness center. This is a Colorado Housing and Finance Authority (CHFA) project and was built through the Low Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) program.
