Milepost 35 Phase II Breaks Ground

We recently broke ground on Milepost Phase II in Denver, CO. Phase II includes a Type 2, 81-unit, 5-story apartment building, two Type 3, 63-unit, 4-story apartment buildings, and four additional rowhomes (3 units each). Phase II will add 219-units to the community.

We are proud to have completed Milepost 35 Phase I.
