The project includes CMU and metal building shells with concrete drive aisles, individually alarmed units, and a fully gated facility with 24-hour access keypad entry. The units are diverse including drive-up units, climate controlled units, enclosed RV storage, and outdoor RV parking. The 2,000 SF Leasing Center includes model storage units, video surveillance display, office, restrooms, lounge, and golf cart garage.
