MIG Fremont Apartments is a 240-unit apartment project in the heart of Downtown Fremont, contributing to the redevelopment of the Fremont Blvd. thoroughfare.
The project is a zero lot line building, 5 stories of apartments in Type III construction over 1 story concrete podium with Type I Construction beneath, with amenity spaces including a lobby/leasing lounge, aqua lounge near a central pool courtyard, and a rooftop amenity room and deck on the 6th floor of the project’s large parking garage.
Retail spaces line Capital Ave on the West side of the property, and contribute to the inviting ambiance of the frontage of Capital Ave. This development was linked to the concurrent adjacent development of the Bank of Fremont, required shared access and jobsite logistics and critical sequencing to achieve early turnover of potions of the parking garage and site for early occupancy by the Bank.
