Summit SLO is a 78-unit, 240-occupant private student housing project near downtown San Luis Obispo. The project is located at a zero-lot-line site of 1.36 Acres at the intersection of Chorro and Foothill Boulevards.

The partially submerged 51,561 SF Type 1A podium parking structure encompasses the entire site. Within the podium are 5 retail spaces totaling 6800 SF, nearly 2000 SF of lobby and amenities, 28 garage parking spaces and 123 parking lifts. Atop the podium, the residential portion includes 8 3-story Type VA buildings totaling 83,334 SF connected by a network of breezeways and courtyards.

Amenities include a rooftop deck and multiple student function rooms. The project was completed in an accelerated 20-month schedule to meet required student move-in date after Covid-19 and weather delays impacted critical path by more than 3 months.
