CSI Construction Company completes construction on Experience at Epicenter in Colorado Springs, CO. Experience at Epicenter is a 721,536 SF mixed-use development featuring 408 apartment units, 740-stall parking structure, outdoor walking plaza, two outdoor courtyards on the 4th level with a pool and spa, clubhouse, community kitchen, common laundry area, and a 7th-story Skydeck with outdoor BBQ areas and firepits overlooking the adjacent Switchbacks soccer field.

The building structure consists of post-tensioned concrete, structural steel, light-gauge metal, and wood framing, while the exterior enclosure combines brick, stucco, metal panels, siding, and faux stone veneer. The project also includes space for future retail development.
