InterQuest Ridge Apartments Completes Construction

CSI Construction Company completes InterQuest Ridge Apartments. InterQuest Ridge is a 240-unit, garden-style affordable housing apartment community. The project includes 10 apartment buildings, clubhouse, outdoor heated pool, and fitness center. The community also features a playground, dog run, and stunning Pikes Peak views. InterQuest Ridge is a Colorado Housing and Finance Authority (CHFA) project and was built through the Low-Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) program.
