Market Club at the Mill has been named a Best Real Estate Project of the Year Honoree by the Sacramento Business Journal. The Best Real Estate Projects of the Year Awards celebrate 25 standout developments in real estate completed within the last year.

Market Club at the Mill is the mixed-use repurpose of an historic industrial building to accommodate 9,000 SF of new commercial tenant space and 14,000 SF of residential apartments on a 1.16-acre lot. The project includes a total of 21 apartments, including open-loft studios in the existing 2-story brick structure and modern studio and 1-bedroom apartments in the new 3-story addition.
