Cinépolis Luxury Cinemas La Costa Town Square is a new state-of-the-art, 33,368 SF luxury movie theater that offers 8 auditoriums and 570 seats. The theater includes a full kitchen, bar, in-seat service, cutting-edge sound, and high-definition projection technology.

All exterior walls were built with Insulated Concrete Forms (ICF) with the exception of the storefront/curtain wall. The project was awarded 2nd runner-up in the Heavy Commercial category at the 2021 ICF Builder Awards.
