Konocti Gardens Apartments is a 102-unit low-income project comprised of 6 residential buildings plus a community building across an 11-acre site. The project is located on a multi-sloping site and includes extensive site retaining walls, a precast retaining box culvert spanning a creek that divides the project, and several stepped buildings with concrete retaining walls at 1st level.
