Shiloh Terrace Apartments is a 134-unit, Low-Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) apartment complex. The project is comprised of a 4-story Type III mixed-use building with 112 units and a commercial space, as well as a 3-story Type VA building with 22 residential units. The project is located on a 4-acre site and includes offsite improvements.
